The overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, especially in the bathroom. The shower doors had hair and grime which was quite off-putting. The breakfast options were decent, but I would have appreciated more variety, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

The location was great and unbeatable, in the middle of jackson, it's a plus. It was also next to McPherson, and restaurants and Walgreens. I appreciated the room, the bed was comfy.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff was amicable and always on disposal. All in all reasonably large room. The location was great - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Also, such main attraction as Lakeside Park was 2 miles from this hotel.

Can't recommend highly enough for a short break

Spacious room, comfortable bed, perfect location, made our stay enjoyable with easy access via Metro North from the nearby Darien station and a well-managed breakfast that kept items warm and replenished.

Items were kept warm and replenished as needed. Our King Room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that helped us rest well after our long day. We faced some challenges with the housekeeping, as our room wasn't cleaned during our stay, which meant we had to ask for basic supplies like towels and toilet paper.

I stayed in a Large King Room. The room was spacious but the shower doors were kind of gross, and there was hair left in the shower-definitely not cool. The overall cleanliness wasn't too bad, but you could tell it needed more attention. The bed was comfy enough, but the customer service at check-in was a bit of a hassle, which put a damper on things.

Great location right in the heart of town, surrounded by restaurants and a Walgreens 👌. the convenience of having everything you need just steps away is a definite plus.
